refactor: 代码清理和优化

- 删除 utils/util.js，将 formatDate 等函数统一到 api.js
- 删除 utils/weapp.qrcode.esm.js，改用微信官方 wxacode API
- 删除 .cloudbase/container/debug.json 空配置文件
- 统一时间日期格式化函数到 api.js
- 优化 app.js 注释，移除冗余说明
- 优化各页面引入语句，合并重复导入

主要变更：
1. utils/api.js: 统一管理所有格式化函数
2. utils/util.js: 文件废弃并删除
3. utils/weapp.qrcode.esm.js: 不再使用，删除
4. pages/*/: 优化导入语句，移除未使用的函数
